We have implemented a unitary program of Performance Management, within which we establish individual objectives for our employees. Subsequently, together with our employees, we monitor the achievement of these objectives periodically, and also evaluate their individual performance. Acknowledging achievement and involvement forms the basis for our career development programs that we continually try to improve.
