Statement on Business Practices

Deltatel follows, in relation to its clients, suppliers, as well as its own employees a set of rules on appropriate conduct called Statement on Business Practices. This commitment forms the basis of all the actions taken to implement an ethical climate in the organization, by:

• Respecting the laws in force both in Romania and in the other countries where Deltatel operates;
• Treating all employees, clients, suppliers and competitors objectively;
• Avoiding any kind of discrimination;
• Using the property and funds of the organization only for legal and adequate purposes;
• Supporting and respecting the Human Rights;
• Protecting the environment, in areas where Deltatel has an impact;
• Keeping the confidentiality agreement in the relations between Deltatel and its employees and clients;
• Respecting intellectual property

Supporting the local community

The community we live in is important to us. We contribute annually to the implementation of numerous local and regional projects, through which we support the development of arts and sport, in an effort to promote values and the will to succeed, and to encourage each of us to become involved on a social level.
