Senior recruitment specialist

We are looking for a Senior recruitment specialist to join our HR Team.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare recruitment announcements and posting
  • Recruit quality candidates by partnering with hiring managers to understand their business strategies and talent needs.
  • Fill positions through proactive search.
  • Drive and manage the interview and selection process.
  • Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting
  • Develop recruitment strategies to meet the talent needs and unique requirements of open positions; determine how to effectively market jobs to ensure attraction of the highest quality talent pool.
  • Consult and provide guidance to hiring managers throughout the recruiting process.
  • Develop and maintain strong external recruitment network.
  • Maintain candidate database
  • Prepare and deliver reports on recruitment metrics as requested. Analyze data and recommend improvements.
  • Provide support to other Recruiters on the team.

 

Specific knowledge and abilities you should have

  • 3+ years of recruitment experience preferred in telecom and IT field
  • Bachelor’s degree is required
  • Computer skills: MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Outlook
  • Fluent in English
